1. General Provisions & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and uubet ("uubet," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at uubet.win ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the uubet Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on uubet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of a legal entity;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the uubet Platform;
• You are not an officer, director, employee, or consultant of uubet or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close relative of any such person.

Each individual may register only one account. uubet employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, uubet reserves the right to close all but the earliest verified account, suspend all associated withdrawals, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform without liability.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your uubet account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. uubet shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify uubet's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. uubet reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach. Any activity conducted on your account prior to notification of a security breach — including bets placed and withdrawals processed — will be deemed your responsibility unless uubet's internal investigation concludes otherwise.

uubet strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security layer. uubet shall not be liable for losses resulting from a user's failure to enable available security features.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the uubet Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). uubet accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other approved Malaysian payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC verification: Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. You may be required to submit a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to uubet's discretion and applicable payment provider restrictions.
• Processing time: Verified accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within 1–4 business hours during normal operating hours. uubet reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security reviews, additional verification requests, or technical maintenance.

uubet reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or void any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

uubet offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses ("Bonuses") subject to the following general conditions:

• All Bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements ("Rollover Requirements") published at the time of each promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until Rollover Requirements are fully satisfied.
• uubet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Each Bonus is available once per account, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value outside the conditions of the specific promotion.
• uubet reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus credited to an account found to be in breach of these Terms or the specific terms of the relevant promotion.
• Certain games may contribute differently to Rollover Requirements. Casino slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

Abuse of the uubet Bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, engaging in low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — constitutes a prohibited activity and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

By placing any bet on the uubet Platform, you acknowledge that:

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uubet Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI systems to interact with the Platform or place bets;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your personal information;
• Attempting to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security systems;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly illegal.

8. Responsible Gaming

uubet is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform is restricted to adults aged 21 and above. uubet provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps;
• Session time alerts: Receive notifications at intervals you define to remind you of time spent on the Platform;

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the uubet Platform — including but not limited to the uubet brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of uubet or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from uubet is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uubet, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

uubet's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

uubet processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. uubet does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

uubet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uubet is registered as an operator. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local laws provide otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
